To prevent food from sticking to the bottom, it is important to go through the following steps. Before baking, take the ingredients out of the refrigerator so that they can already reach room temperature. Place the wadjan on the heat source. Let the pan slowly come to temperature on low heat. Do not add oil or butter until the pan is well heated. Let the butter melt until it stops foaming or the oil has become hot. Pat the food to be prepared dry as much as possible with kitchen roll.
