Because the cutting board is oiled with our Skottsberg Tung oil, all pores of the wood are filled, preventing bacteria, dirt and moisture from penetrating it. This gives the board optimal protection. One side of the cutting board has a channel with a reservoir, for catching meat, fish and vegetable juices. The other side is smooth, for cutting drier ingredients.
