Shipping

Of course, we will deliver your items as soon as possible. If you have placed an order on weekdays before 2 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day. Your order will usually be delivered the next day (Tuesday to Saturday). During promotions and holidays the delivery time may be longer.

We deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Your order over €25 will be delivered for free. Under €25 you pay €9.95. 

We ship our packages with DHL. For large orders we may choose a different carrier, due to the weight of the order.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from DHL with the track & trace code, with which you can follow the package on the DHL website. Via this link you can also indicate when you want to receive your package. You can opt for pick-up or home delivery. If you choose home delivery, it will be offered to you once. If you are not at home, it will be tried at the neighbors. If that also fails, the parcel will be sent to a pickup point where you can collect it yourself.
