Recipe: blueberry lemon gin tonic
One of our favorite combinations: the classic Gin Tonic topped with fresh blueberries, mint and lemon. The sweet taste of the berries gives a good balance to the slightly bitter taste of the lemon and the Gin Tonic. A delicious recipe for a summer cocktail!

ingredients:
- A handful of blueberries (about 10 pieces)
- 2 sprigs of fresh mint
- Lemon
- 50 ml of gin
- 100 ml of tonic
- Ice cubes

Recipe
Fill the Bistro gin tonic glass with some blueberries, sprigs of mint and lemon juice from half a lemon. Crush these with a muddler or the back of a spoon. Then fill the glass with ice, gin and top up with tonic. Garnish with blueberries and mint. Enjoy!
